FY2019 Ticket Assistance Program (TAP) Benefits

July 1-June 30

The Ticket Assistance Program was originally established to provide financial assistance to our Door to Door customers with limited income. This year, we are extending the program to our Fixed Route customers as well. Cary residents who receive Medicaid, Social Security Disability (SSDI), or SNAP benefits are eligible to apply. Please refer to the link below to download the application and review TAP policies.

Completed applications, including verification of residency, income, and Medicaid, SSDI, or SNAP benefits, must be submitted no later than May 31st to be eligible for assistance beginning July 1st.
