The Cary Town Council was officially presented the Manager’s Recommended Fiscal Year 2011 Budget at its regular meeting on Thursday, May 13, 2010. Fiscal Year 2011 covers the time period from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011. The Town of Cary’s annual budget is a work and financial plan designed to implement the Town Council’s vision for the community as articulated in the organization’s mission statement and goals and initiatives.

The Manager’s Recommended Budget, including the list of changes, was adopted by the Town Council on June 24, 2010.

Property Tax Rate

33 cents per $100 of property valuation (same as FY2010)

Sanitation Fee

$14.00 per month (same as FY2010)

Utility Rates
