The Logistics Division of the Cary Fire Department is responsible for the procurement and maintenance of all capital assets for the department. This includes all fire stations, firefighting apparatus and equipment, department vehicles, and technology assets.

Current Projects


  • As part of the FY19 capital budget, the Cary Fire Department has funding for two new aerial ladder apparatus. Specifications are currently in process. 

Fire Stations

  • The relocation of Cary Fire Station 9 is in process. Planning and design began in the fall of 2016 and will continue through the spring of 2018. Construction will begin in the fall of 2018. Please see the project details for further information.
