Program Spotlight

Teambuilding & High Adventure Fun (age 11 & up)

Join us for a teambuilding adventure with on-the-ground teambuilding activities and a high element such as the Giant Swing, Flying Squirrel, or Zip Line. Participants should be able to climb a ladder, have neck and trunk control, and a desire to try something new.

Yoga, Specialized Recreation (age 11 & up)  

Straps and Blocks
Learn to use yoga props to make sure you're getting what you want out of your yoga practice. Try a block to go into a deeper stretch or use a strap if you can't quite reach your toes.
