Different themed tours will be offered on a monthly basis; check the Upcoming Tour section on this page for scheduled offerings. These are some of the tours either currently on the schedule or being considered. Some tours will be free of charge, while others will have a fee associated with them.

History Tour
Climb aboard and let guides from the Friends of Page-Walker share the history of our town as you ride through historic neighborhoods and past historic sites and landmarks. You'll see homes that housed former influential members of the community, including civic leaders, merchants, doctors, and the teachers and principals of the North Carolina's first public high school. You'll also see historic churches and theaters and old general stores, and visit cemeteries with graves dating back to the 1800s. Tours begin and end at the Page-Walker Arts & History Center. There is a fee associated with this tour and reservations are required.
