The game of tennis has evolved, requiring not only skill but an extreme amount of athleticism. Now more than ever, a tennis player's level of fitness is key to success. Because of this, training and conditioning is an important piece in the CTP Academy tennis regimen.

The Raleigh Orthopaedic Performance Center brings premier athletic training on-site at Cary Tennis Park in the new covered courts. Players in Academy Select have biweekly group training sessions, and any player in our Academy can set up small group or individual training through the Raleigh Orthopaedic Performance Center at CTP. 

The following equipment is available to our players during training:

  • Professional squat rack
  • Kettle balls
  • Foam rollers
  • Medicine balls
  • Free weights
  • Resistance bands
  • Rubber flooring
  • Dynamic resistance
  • Agility ladders
  • Speed training equipment
