Although sponsors can’t sell products or services at the event, they may provide information, give away free items, provide coupons or discounts, or distribute free samples. Please note the anticipated event attendance (listed in the Sponsorship Guide) to ensure enough copies or items to giveaway.
Attendance at an event is not required and may not always be guaranteed. If attending, all participant sponsors must agree to be on site one hour before the event. One six-foot table and two chairs will be provided at the event.
Banners or signage for a booth/table will be provided by the sponsor.
Sponsors agree to provide a logo for inclusion on marketing, at least three months in advance for printed marketing materials and at least one month for online marketing.
You will receive acknowledgement and payment information within seven days of form submission from the program director. Sponsorship is not finalized until payment is received.
