Project Background

This project provides funds for the development of long-term operating and maintenance plans for all Town facilities. These consultant-performed analyses allow Cary to better track and plan long-term maintenance costs associated with facilities across the Town's twenty-one-year capital planning period. 

Project Schedule and Cost

 This is a multi-year project. $350,000 has been appropriated between FY20 and FY21 for facilities assessments.  

  • Winter 2019/2020: Begin Assessments
  • Winter 2021: Complete Assessments
