In observance of Thanksgiving, several Cary services will be unavailable or modified on Thursday & Friday, November 26 & 27. Facilities will remain closed, and curbside collection for Thursday will move one day later to Friday. Public Works maintains and repairs Town buildings, grounds, parks, greenways, streets, and traffic signals, as well as water, wastewater, and reclaimed water lines and equipment. It also collects and properly disposes of garbage, yard waste and recycling; conducts fleet maintenance for all Town vehicles and equipment. Additionally, Public Works is responsible for snow removal and storm debris collection and disposal should there be any weather-related event.
