The Town of Cary solicitations for construction and repair projects, architectural and engineering work, and all other purchases where the Town is seeking qualified firms and vendors, are advertised on the North Carolina Interactive Purchasing System (IPS). In order to receive notices and updates on business opportunities, all interested parties must be registered with IPS on the NC Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP).

Please note: All entities doing business with the Town, including vendors, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors, must comply with the requirements of Article 2, Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes, "Verification of Work Authorization."

It is the Vendor’s responsibility to obtain all solicitation documents and updates via the IPS website. The Town is not responsible for direct distribution of solicitations and addenda posted on IPS to parties who wish to submit a proposal, gather information, or conduct business with the Town.
