Alerts Annual Water Disinfectant Change Happening March 1-30
Each year, Cary's water treatment facility changes the mixture of disinfectants it uses, which may temporarily result in water with a stronger chlorine taste and smell for some. Learn more about this process.

Alerts CSX Closures
Beginning March 9, CSX will close a series of railroad crossings in western Cary, causing detours and traffic delays. See the latest info on our CSX Closures page, which will be updated each morning while the work is in progress.
