Films@The Cary: DriverX with filmmaker Q&A
The Cary Theater, 7 p.m.
Filmmaker Mark Stolaroff will be in attendance and will follow the screening with a Q&A. Cary Town Band Presents “Musical Globe-Trotting” 
Cary Arts Center, 7:30 p.m. | Free
What better way to end this season’s concerts than by musically trotting around the globe playing favorites from many different countries. We will explore music from the Middle East, Latin America, Spain, Italy, France and Norway with a few other stops along the way. Cary Downtown Farmers Market
Saturday 8 a.m. to Noon, 135 W Chatham Street
We are celebrating Mom’s and everything strawberries at the Cary Downtown Farmers Market this Saturday!  Join us for a special day of flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for the special mom in your life!  Shop for farm fresh produce, local goods, and handmade gifts.  Be sure to stop by the Chef’s Corner for a variety of strawberry tastings and visit the kids table to make your mom a special Mothers Day card!  

Philharmonic Association: Triangle Youth String Orchestra
Cary Arts Center, 11 a.m. | Adults $5; School-aged children $2

The Cary Theater, 6:15 p.m.
Presentation on Cary’s 40 Years of Greenways, followed by a screening of documentary “Mile…Mile & a Half”, with a make-your-own s’mores station after the film. Sertoma Series: The Trailblazers
Sertoma Amphitheatre, 7 p.m. | Free
Based out of Wilkesboro, NC, The Trailblazers have taken a step back to the roots of bluegrass, Americana, folk, and jazz music. Sertoma Amphitheatre is one of Cary’s best kept secrets, nestled away inside Bond Park. This intimate venue is a perfect setting for outdoor concerts. Come early for a seat, or pack your own portable chair.

15th Annual Ritmo Latino Festival
Downtown Cary, 12 p.m.
Ritmo Latino’s primary purpose is to provide a place for residents to explore, interact with, and experience Latino/Hispanic culture. This Spring outdoor, cultural enrichment, free community festival, is held every May in Cary, NC, showcasing the sizzling sounds, hot rhythms, and cuisine of Spain, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
