Cary, NC – More than 170 artists from across North Carolina will converge on Cary for the annual Spring Daze Arts & Crafts festival at Bond Park on Saturday, April 27 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Spring Daze features more than 170 North Carolina artists, entertainment on four stages, delicious festival food, and Cary's annual Earth Day Celebration. Scattered between artists, food and staged entertainment is the Children’s Village; Earth Day Lane, the Town of Cary’s Earth Day Celebration; and Cultural Arts Row, where patrons can learn about Cary’s non-profit arts organizations.  A digital version of the 2019 Festival Booklet and 2019 Festival Map are available online.

The featured artist for the 2019 Spring Daze is Cary High School’s Ari Lotfi who transferred to Cary High School in 2018 to immerse herself in a high level arts program. Her excitement about her new school and artistic endeavors are captured in the Spring Daze artwork, Springtime Celebration. Springtime Celebration expresses Ari's enthusiasm for Spring and the new beginnings it brings.  The confetti communicate energy and celebration; the flowers are representative of new life and opportunities a new season can bring. This piece of art, in addition to others submitted for the honor, will be on display at the Bond Park Boathouse during the festival, located in Section G.

With limited parking at Bond Park, patrons are encouraged to utilize alternative means of getting to the festival. A free festival shuttle bus will leave the Town Hall Parking Deck every 20 minutes between 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. A direct shuttle will also leave from Green Hope High School every 30 minutes between 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Access to Spring Daze is also available using the Oxxford Hunt, Black Creek or White Oak Creek trails.

A safe drop off area within the Bond Park Community Center parking lot will also be open for Uber and Lyft passengers! Drivers can drop you off in our rideshare drop off area and from there you can walk into the festival or catch a shuttle from the Community Center parking lot.

Additionally, GoCary, Cary's public transit service, offers inexpensive and reliable transportation around Cary throughout the year. For Spring Daze, anyone can ride all fixed routes for free with route 4 having direct access to Spring Daze at Bond Park. GoCary service runs every half hour, operating between 6 a.m.-10 p.m. If you do not live along or near GoCary’s route 4, consider using route 3, 5, or 6 inbound to transfer to route 4 at the Cary Depot. If you take route 1 or 2 (Maynard Loop), transfer to route 4 at Maynard Crossing Shopping Center in front of Kroger. For more information on routes and schedules, visit

Due to festival traffic, the GoCary stop at Cary Senior Center will not be available; however, a temporary stop will be located at the corner of Maury O’Dell and High House Road for those traveling inbound to the Cary Depot. For those traveling west on High House Road towards Highway 55, there is a stop located across High House Rd. in front of St. Michael's Church.

Accessible parking will be available at the Cary Senior Center, 120 Maury O'Dell Place, and Ropes Course parking lot. There is also a handicapped accessible shuttle that travels inside the park.

In the event of inclement weather, Spring Daze will move to Sunday, April 28 from 1-6 p.m. Updates will be posted to and on the festival’s Facebook page,
