Friday, July 6

Bands, Bites, & Boats - POSTPONED
Due to the chance for severe weather, this event has been postponed to Friday, July 13 from 6-8 p.m.
Bond Park Boathouse, 6-8 p.m.
Get your friends and family together and enjoy an evening by the lake. This month features Chris Overstreet performing, food by MoonRunners Food Truck and Bruster's Real Ice Cream, with brews by Southern Peak Brewery!

Saturday July 7

Cary Downtown Farmers Market
Ivey-Ellington House, 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Locally grown food and locally made products, your community gathering place for everything local! Chef Mitch will be donning his cook out cap for this Saturday’s Market following Independence Day. Mountain Blue, an acoustic rock band based in Downtown Cary, will perform gorgeous and arresting harmonies, accompanying moving guitar work. Join returning yoga instructor Liz Holt for her gentle class in the shade at 10 a.m. and kids activities this Saturday include Story Time at the Market, building a Fairy Garden, Sandpaper crafts, Cary Crayola Meltdown, planting in the demonstration garden, and Bocce Ball around back

Summerfest 2018: Romantic Russian Nights
Koka Booth Amphitheater, 7:30-9 p.m. 
Twenty-year-old piano virtuoso Daniel Hsu joins the Symphony to perform a fiery showpiece, Rachmaninoff’s Third Piano Concerto—plus, tour the landscape of Russian music with rousing dance music by Borodin and selections from Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake. For more, visit Koka Booth events.
