Revised Town of Cary Services, Operations for July 4
- Cary Town Hall and offices are closed on Wednesday, July 4, along with most staffed recreation and cultural arts facilities; regular hours resume July 5.
- GoCary fixed route and door-to-door services will not operate July 4; Wednesday curbside trash/recycling collection moves to Thursday and Thursday collection moves to Friday.
- Bond Park, Koka Booth Amphitheatre and the Cary Arts Center will host Independence Day festivities; Sk8 Cary and the Cary Tennis Park will be open; and WakeMed Soccer Park will host NC Courage vs Chicago Stars followed by fireworks.
Cary, NC – A middle-of-the-week holiday is disrupting many Town of Cary services and operations. Cary Town Hall and offices, including most staffed recreation and cultural arts facilities, and community centers will be closed July 4 in observance of Independence Day. GoCary fixed route and door-to-door services will not operate on July 4; riders with questions are encouraged to call (919) 485-RIDE (7433). Wednesday curbside trash/recycling collection moves to Thursday and Thursday collection moves to Friday. The Citizen’s Convenience Center, 313 N. Dixon Ave., will be open on July 4 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Bond Park Boathouse and Booth Amphitheatre will be open and host the Town’s Independence Day Celebration festivities for all ages on both July 3-4. The Cary Tennis Park will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on July 4, and Sk8-Cary will be open from noon-10 p.m.
