Cary Live Returns to Showcase Rising Artists at Downtown Park
- Catch some of the nation’s hottest rising artists at Cary’s Downtown Park this summer during Cary Live.
- Come out for a free concert with food and drinks from local vendors one June 30, July 21 and September 22.
- Scheduled artists this year include The Brevet and The Roosevelts.
Cary, NC – Enjoy Cary’s Downtown Park while listening to some of the best bands around with food and drinks from local vendors as Cary Live returns with three free concerts this summer. The season kicks off with The Brevet on June 30 from 7-9 p.m. Also scheduled this year is The Roosevelts on July 21 and another free concert on September 22.
The Brevet is a young American band from Southern California that combines Americana rock, sweeping orchestral tracks, gang vocals, unforgettable choruses and connective emotional lyrics, Fortnight Brewing and Raleigh Brewing will be on site selling beer. Holy Mole and Hibachi Express will also be on site serving their specialties and Andia’s Ice Cream will help keep everyone cool with their homemade ice cream.
Outside food and beverages are allowed, however outside alcohol is not allowed. A limited number of lawn chairs will be available and personal lawn chairs are allowed. Leashed pets are welcome.
Parking is available in Downtown Cary and the parking lot at Cary Elementary as well as the public library. Accessible parking is available at the Cary Arts Center. In support of the event, S. Academy Street will be closed between Dry Avenue and Charlie Gaddy Ln. from 5 p.m.- 10:30 p.m.
