The Estrella de la Esperanza/Star of Hope campaign is in its 12th year of collecting and distributing gifts and food to local families in need.

The Arbolito de la Esperanza/Tree of Hope Lighting is the kick-off event for campaign. The tree lighting is preceded by a traditional Latin celebration in which the public shares in a pot-luck dinner with holiday foods from around the Latin American world.

At the Cary Three Kings Day parade, the Three Kings lead a parade of community groups and members of the public in parade filled with music, dance and colorful costumes around the Town Hall campus, ending at Herb Young Community Center. View map of parade route and parking.

Both Estrella de la Esperanza/Star of Hope Campaign events are free and open to the public. Co-sponsored by Diamante, Inc. and the Town of Cary.
