DEDICATION CEREMONIES TO BE HELD FOR PAGE SCULPTURE

CARY -- A bust of the late W.H. Page will be unveiled tomorrow at a ceremony honoring one of Cary’s most historic and important figures. The public is invited to attend the dedication which will be held at noon on Wednesday, October 15, on the Town Hall terrace in front of Building A.

"Today’s Cary has its roots in the commitment, perseverance, and foresight of strong leaders like Page," said Cary Mayor Koka Booth, one of the speakers at tomorrow’s event. "We never want our citizens to forget Cary’s heritage."

The sculpture was created by Carl Regutti and funded by the Town of Cary and numerous private donors who will be mentioned at the dedication. All donors will be recognized with a certificate at the ceremony.

In case of rain, the ceremonies will be moved inside to the lobby of Town Hall Building A.
