PSA--FLOYD DEBRIS COLLECTION

The Town of Cary will initiate a one-time, town-wide sweep for Floyd debris beginning Monday, September 27^th. To insure collection, please have debris curbside by 7:00 AM that day. Place debris on your property within ten feet of the curb but not in the street. Since collection crews will be using heavy equipment, do not place debris by parked vehicles, under guy wires, next to fire hydrants or close to mailboxes.

The Town will collect all types and sizes of vegetative Floyd debris including trees, limbs, leaves, and stumps. Stumps should be separated from the other debris and set aside in the same location.

Anyone who misses the one-time Floyd sweep must handle their debris as follows:

• as regular yard waste collection—no stumps; 4 inches diameter and 4 feet maximum length; securely tied bundles; or

• by self hauling to the Citizen Convenience Center at 313 N. Dixon Avenue
• by private hauler; or
• by appointment, the Town will collect after the September 27^th deadline for a disposal cost of $250 per load.
