CARY OFFICIALS ARE ASKING CITIZENS TO BECOME PART OF THE SOLUTION
CARY, NC If youre one of those who likes to tell friends how youd fix things if you were in charge, then Cary officials say that nows the time to put a little action behind your words by submitting an application to volunteer for one of the Cary Town Councils many boards and commissions. Council will fill 27 positions in January 2000 for service to begin on February 1, 2000. All appointments will be for 3-year terms, except where unexpired terms are being filled. Membership will be selected from Cary's corporate limits and, in the case of one board, its extraterritorial jurisdiction as indicated below.
