Applause! Cary Youth Theatre presents “Beauty and the Beast”

Sertoma Amphitheatre at Bond Park, 7:30 p.m.

In this adaptation, Beauty must leave her beloved home and family and enter a shadowy castle filled with magical servants obedient to their beastly master.  As Beauty and her Beast exist together in this mysterious place, she slowly begins to look beyond the Beast’s ugliness and understand the transforming power of love.  Tickets are available at the Herbert C. Hook, Line and Sinker

Fred G. Bond Metro Park , Boathouse, 9 a.m. - noon

Bring your own fishing pole and we will teach you the basics of fishing.  We will teach you how to set up the pole, bait the hook, cast, fish, safety and conservation. Bait is provided while supplies last.  All participants are required to have a parent present.  Pre-registration is necessary.
