SHARE YOUR COMMENTS ON ROUND 10 LDO AMENDMENTS IN CARY ’S FIRST EVER ONLINE PUBLIC COMMENT FORUM

The Town of Cary is calling on all citizens to take advantage of the first ever opportunity to comment electronically about proposed LDO Amendments in Cary’s new online public forum, powered by Neighborhood America.  Comments can be made online now through June 30, 2008 , on Round 10 of the LDO amendments by visiting the Comments Page; also, comments will be received during a public hearing at the Town Council Meeting on May 29, 2008 .  The proposed amendments are scheduled to go before the Planning & Zoning Board on August 18, 2008 , and final Town Council action is expected on September 25, 2008 .  The online comment period will reopen August 9- September 1, 2008 , for comments on any additional changes to the proposed amendments.  Cary implemented the use of Neighborhood America in August 2007 and is the first government in the Triangle to offer this added level of public input.  For more on Cary ’s use of Neighborhood America, visit www.townofcary.org.
