SUSPECT SOUGHT IN CARY BANK ROBBERY

 

CARY, NC – The Town of Cary Police Department is asking for your help in apprehending one suspect responsible for a bank robbery today at First Citizens Bank, 1825 Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, at approximately 4 p.m.  The suspect approached the teller holding a plastic bag and a small device he claimed was a bomb, demanded money, and upon receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, left the bank on foot.

 

The suspect is described as a white male in his 50s, approximately 6 feet tall, 250 pounds, with a goatee. He was last seen wearing a white painter’s hat, mirrored sunglasses, a surgical mask and dirty, construction-type of clothing.
