Greenwood Forest Baptist Church, 110 SE Maynard Road, 7 p.m.
Enjoy local talent from the community and surrounding area as they bring “One Song” to share with a featured performance by choral groups from the Sanderson High School Choral Department under the direction of Marshall Butler, Jr. (2002-2003 Teacher of the Year).

Cooperative/partnership links showcase featuring authors, vendors, fun activities for children and youth, Kid’s Art for Peace Sake, storytelling, heritage display, live performers and more.

MLK Jr. Dreamfest 2004 – Dream of Democracy Unity Rally
Greenwood Forest Baptist Church, 110 SE Maynard Road, 2 p.m.
Featuring special guest speaker Archbishop George A. Stallings, Jr., Congressman David Price, town council members Julie Robison and Marla Dorrel, Howard Toomer, Father John A. Wall, Renie Palmer and others reflect on Dr. King’s “I Have A Dream” speech.  Dream of Achievement Award recipients recognized.
