Mad Dash Baby Sitting (ages 3-11)
Herb Young Community Center , 5:30 – 9:30 p.m.
Parents, take a night out for you!  Let the Cary Teen Council entertain your children while you shop, go out for dinner or just enjoy a night on your own.  The children will have a light dinner, play games, make a holiday ornament and help trim the tree!  Space is limited, please contact the Herb Young Community Center to see if any spaces are available.  Call (919) 460-4065 for more information Children must by potty trained! 
Fees: $15 per child (additional $2 off for each child in the same family: $13 second child, $11 third child, etc)

Applause! Cary Youth Theatre presents…The Jungle Book
Cary Academy Fine and Performing Arts Center , 7:30pm
Area you perform the story of Mowgli, the Indian boy raised by caring wolves, befriended by Bagheera, the panther and Baloo, the bear, and threatened by Shere Kahn, the evil tiger shares his encounters with both good and otherwise in this intriguing story.  Filled with excitement and humor, the play highlights the struggle of good versus evil, the worth of friendship, and the importance of loyalty and other values required for surviving the "law of the jungle."  Call (919) 469-4061 for more information.

Victorian Winter Festival
Downtown Cary , 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Experience some of Cary ’s glory days during the Victorian Winter Festival on November 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.   Cary was incorporated in 1871, during the height of the Victorian era. This era was a time of significant growth, represented by the railroads and Victorian architecture that still remain today.  Festival goers can enjoy arts & crafts, entertainment, food, a hay ride, and visitors from the past in period dress.  This event is free and open to the public.  For more information call Kim Niemi at Sol-Ly Athletic at (919) 481-3259.

Enjoy movie trivia, prizes and more!  Bring your friends for this unique movie watching experience.  See movies that are picked by teens for teens!   The movie and popcorn are free, but bring a few dollars for candy and soft drinks, provided by the Cary Teen Council.
