POLICE NARROW THE FIELD OF TRUCKS
IN HIT AND RUN CASE
CARY
,
NC
– The
Town of
Cary
Police Department
has determined that the vehicle used in
this week’s hit and run in front of
Cary
High
School
is a green Ford F-150, not an F-250 as was thought to be a possibility earlier in the investigation.
The determination was made after detailed research into the type of
grill that was damaged in the crash:

continue to encourage citizens to be on the lookout for the truck. Evidence
left at the scene indicates the green Ford F-150 pick-up truck is between
a 1999 and 2003 year model with a silver honeycomb grill. The truck
should have at least the upper right section of the grill broken out as
well as other minor to moderate front end damage.
