SUSPECT SOUGHT IN EARLY MORNING HIT AND RUN  

CARY, NC – Cary Police are asking for your help in identifying and apprehending a suspect in a hit and run incident at 7 a.m. in front of Cary High School.  Witnesses say that a green Ford pickup truck, an F150 or F250, was traveling west on Maynard Road adjacent to Cary High School when the vehicle struck a person crossing the street.  The victim has been taken to Wake Medical Center in Raleigh in critical condition.  Police say that the pickup truck will have damage to the front end where the truck impacted the person.
