MEN SOUGHT IN EVENING ROBBERY OF GROCERY BANK
 

CARY , NC Cary Police are asking for your help in apprehending the individuals responsible for the armed robbery of a Cary bank this evening.  

At around 7:15 p.m. , a man entered and robbed at gunpoint the Central Carolina Bank inside the Harris Teeter food store at the intersection of High House Road and Highway 55 in western Cary .  No one was hurt.  

The suspect is a black male in his 20’s, about 5’9” tall, 160-180 lbs.  He has facial hair, possibly in the form of long sideburns.  He was wearing dark baggy jeans, a red T‑shirt, and a black sweater with a white and green stripe.  He was also wearing a yellow dew rag on his head.  

The suspect fled the scene in a white car driven by a heavyset black male.  The escape vehicle is thought to be a small white car with a possible partial license plate of RXV 3545.  

Cary Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the identification and apprehension of the individuals responsible for this crime.
