The Town of Cary is seeking volunteers for a Mayor’s task force on the Wake County Public School System student assignment policy and its impact on Cary residents. Cary citizens interested in serving on this task force should complete an on-line application. The application and information regarding the task force can be found on the Town’s Web site at http://www.townofcary.org/agenda/specialcoms/committees.htm. People without access to the Internet should call the Town Clerk's Office at (919) 319-4508 for an application. The Mayor will make appointments to this task force at the Council’s regular meeting on October 10, 2002. The application deadline is Monday, October 7, 2002.
