Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources will be offering a baseball and softball pitching/catching clinic for youth ages 9-14 on Saturday, October 27 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Bond Park. This clinic will feature NCSU Assistant Baseball Coach Billy Jones with instructional assistance from members of the NCSU baseball team and the Challengers softball team. Participants will learn drills and techniques that improve their "essentials" of the game, like correct basic fundamentals of pitching, catching, and other skills. The program fee is $20 for Cary residents and $25 for non-residents, with lunch provided at the clinic.
