As a result of construction on the Walnut Street widening project, one lane of Tryon Road, west of the existing Walnut Street and Tryon Road intersection, will be closed on Friday, December 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Traffic will be permitted to pass in alternating fashion under the guidance of flagmen.
