CARY TO COME TOGETHER IN PRAYER FOR THE NATION, WORLD

 

CARY, NC – Citizens of Cary and surrounding areas are invited to participate in an interfaith, community spiritual gathering of prayer and fellowship to be held this Sunday, September 16th at 5:00 PM at the Amphitheater at Regency Park in Cary.

This inclusive event—which is scheduled for 60-90 minutes--will feature music, meditation, guided prayer, and other activities designed to meet the needs of all who attend, regardless of spiritual orientation.

Gates will open at 4:00 PM. As with other Regency events, participants should bring blankets or lawn chairs as well as raincoats or umbrellas if mild inclement weather is forecast. In addition, please bring pens or other writing instruments if interested in providing written prayers or other thoughts, which will be collected from the audience and shared with others in the future.

Sunday’s event is being coordinated by the Cary Area Ministerial Association and the Fellowship of Evangelical Leaders and hosted by the Town of Cary.
