CARY, NC – Due to inclement weather, groundbreaking ceremonies for Cary Affordable Housing will take place at the Page-Walker Arts & History Center, 119 Ambassador Loop, on the Town Hall Campus. The ceremony will take place at 4PM as originally scheduled.
