MEDIA ADVISORY FOR INTERNAL USE November 5, 2000 ROAD OPENING CEREMONY The Town of Cary will host a special ribbon-cutting featuring the Green Hope High School marching band and a special surprise ribbon-cutter to open the new Louis Stephens Drive on Monday, November 6th at 10:00 AM. This is the first mile of a seven-mile roadway that will make a new north-south corridor from Cary to RTP. From the intersection of Davis Drive and High House Road in Cary, head west on High House past the shopping center and fire station on your left. Turn right onto Carpenter Upchurch Road (if you cross the small RR bridge, you went too far). Once on Carpenter Upchurch, take the first right onto Louis Stephens Drive. Go north about ¾ mile and around a slight curve until you see our stage on the left.
