The Town of Cary is looking for volunteers 12 years and older to collect roadside trash on Saturday, September 30 as part of NC’s Litter Sweep campaign. Participants will report to the Town’s Operations Center at 400 James Jackson Avenue at 8:00 AM for registration and a safety orientation. Gloves, vests and trash bags will be provided. Participants will then be sent out to specific areas along US1/64 and I-40. The event will end at noon back at the Operations Center with drinks and snacks.
