MARVELOUS MUSIC SERIES CONTINUES
WITH HOLIDAY BRASS CONCERT

CARY, NC – The Town of Cary’s Marvelous Music Series continues Friday, December 1st at 7:30 PM with the New York Big Brass Holiday Concert. The concert will take place at the Cary Community Center, 404 N. Academy Street. Tickets are $10 or $15 (premium seating) for adults, $7 and $12 for children 12 and under and may be purchased at the door or in advance at the Cary Community Center, the Bond Park Community Center, Page-Walker Arts and History Center, Jordan Hall, or the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources office.

"This 12-member brass ensemble offers a unique and unusual concert experience, performing music of many different styles accompanied by informal dialogue," said Town of Cary Cultural Resources Supervisor Lyman Collins. "The group’s folksiness with the audience offers a charming alternative to more formal venues."

Cary’s Marvelous Music Series is a 4-concert season that was kicked off by the Loonis McGlohon Trio on October 21st, includes the NC Symphony’s "Play with the Pros" concert on February 3rd and concludes with the Girls Choir of Harlem on May 1st. This series provides affordable, quality family programming utilizing nationally known performing artists.
