High Efficiency Toilet Retrofit Rebate Program

Beginning June 3, 2008, the Town will offer $150 rebates to water customers who replace toilets that use 3.5 gallons or more per flush with WaterSense labeled high efficiency toilets (1.28 gpf) in their homes or businesses. Rebates are limited to three per residential account and five per non-residential account. In order to be processed, applications must include the original receipt(s) dated on or after June 3, 2008 for the purchase of each fixture.

How Do I Qualify?

  • Applicants must be Town of Cary water customers (including Morrisville) who are either property owners or the parties legally responsible for paying the water bill.
