Plumbers who meet requirements may fill out an application for certification. They will be allowed to perform work on back flow prevention assemblies within Cary's jurisdiction after receiving a technician's certificate.

Plumbers who do not meet requirements may call Cary Public Works and Utilities at (919) 469-4090 to learn how to become certified as a back flow prevention assembly technician.
