Join the staff of the Stevens Nature Center on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11, 2008 from 1-5 p.m. to celebrate Mother Nature. Visit several hands-on stations complete with displays, educational games, and craft projects. There will be plenty for the kids to do as well as guided walks for the whole family.
The relaxing outdoor atmosphere will be a treat and so will the light refreshments. For worry-free parking, free shuttle service will run between Ritter Park (off West Lochmere Drive) and Hemlock Bluffs Nature Preserve throughout the event.
