Koka Booth Amphitheatre at Regency Park has been voted Best Place for Live Music by Cary News in 2007 is again preparing to bring world-class entertainment to Cary! The Amphitheatre’s performance season runs April through October and features performances by the NC Symphony, nationally acclaimed artists, music and art festivals and movie nights.

Booth Amphitheatre features a wide variety of food and beverage selections at each event. Guests are permitted to bring their own picnic dinners to all North Carolina Symphony events and Movies By Moonlight Events.

May 31 – Play with the Pros FREE

Please join us for the first North Carolina Symphony Summerfest concert of the season at Booth Amphitheatre. The Eleventh Annual Play with The Pros concert will feature a full program by the North Carolina Symphony. At the conclusion of the concert, over 40
talented local musicians will take the stage to perform the final selections of the evening side-by-side with the pros in one magnanimous finale! Free Performance.

June 7 – Feel the Beat

This heart-pounding program ends with a performance of Ravel’s Bolero featuring local high school drum-corps members joining Evelyn on stage.

June 21 – Forbidden Broadway

Forbidden Broadway, a comedic look at Broadway’s biggest hits of yesterday and today. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.

June 28 – Northern Lights

Northern Lights featuring Russian and Scandinavian music including Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky, Sibelius and Grieg’s Peer Gynt. Tickets are $20 in advance and $22 at the door.

July 4 – Independence Day Concert & Fireworks

Free event that is always a huge hit with the entire family. This
celebration comes complete with patriotic music and fireworks!

July 5 – Salute to the Greatest Generation

July 12 – Blues in the Night

July 19 – Take it to the Limit: A Symphonic Tribute
to The Eagles

Experience this one-of-a-kind tribute to The Eagles with great hits like “Take it Easy”, “Desperado”, and “Hotel California”. Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door.

2008 Movies by Moonlight

Bring your blanket or lawn chair and enjoy your favorite movie on a HUGE 30 x 40-movie screen! Movies are held on Thursday evenings throughout the summer and are just $3 for adults with kids under 12 admitted for free. For your convenience, a full concession menu is available and includes your favorite movie theatre items — popcorn, candy and soft drinks. Patrons are also welcome to bring a picnic a dinner to enjoy during the movie!

Amphitheatre Gates open at 7pm and the movie starts at dusk. Movies Nights are subject to change without notice.

An American Celebration
