What type of life insurance is available to an employee?

• Life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance for each employee in the amount of one times the employee's annual salary rounded up to the next thousand at no cost.Employees may participate in a buy-up plan for additional cost relative to amount selected.

• $1500 of life insurance for spouse and dependent children is automatically provided at no cost.
