• Yes, for employees in good standing and who do not own a home in the corporate limits of Cary.

What is the EHAP benefit?

• An interest free, deferred second mortgage loan of up $25,000 and interest free, deferred, down payment and closing cost assistance up to $5,000 to enable the purchase of a home within the Town of Cary corporate limits.
