and planned development district (PDD) requests
• Certain site and subdivision plans that property owners or developers
submit
• All land use plans, transportation plans and similar documents
that Town staff prepares
• Changes to Town ordinances

The Planning and Zoning Board is a citizens panel that advises the council.
