The Town is extending Louis Stephens Drive between Heritage Pines and Morrisville-Carpenter Road. Louis Stephens Drive and Morrisville Parkway intersect adjacent to Carpenter Elementary School (currently the Green Hope High School annex) and adjacent to the proposed Western Wake Regional Library.
