The Holly Springs Road water line will ensure adequate supply in southern areas of Cary while improving the reliability of the distribution system in the event of line breaks or fire fighting.

Description - 11,300 feet of pipeline along Holly Springs Road, between Ten Ten Road and Penny Road and along Penny Road between Holly Springs Road and Loch Highlands Drive
