DAVIS DRIVE WIDENING PROJECT UPDATE
(June 19, 2000)
Members of the Engineering Staff met with TranSystems on June 8th to discuss the progress of the preliminary plans for the project. Staff made several recommendations and requested some additional information. TranSystems will require a couple of weeks to make revisions and prepare display maps for the second workshop.
We have scheduled the second Workshop for Thursday, June 29th, in the first floor gallery of the Page Walker Bldg. from 4:00 PM until 6:30 PM. The format of the Workshop will be similar to the first in that we will have preliminary plans of the project that will identify the proposed roadway improvements. Engineering Staff and members of the Design Team will be available for questions.
For questions that require more detailed answers, we will have question/comment sheets available at the meeting, which may be submitted at the meeting.
