RE: Standard Wording for Bonding Requirements

As per your request, the standard wording required for acceptability of your financial guarantee is as follows:

• This financial guarantee guaranties all public improvements (water, sewer and streets) will be accepted by the Town of Cary for total maintenance upon completion of the warranty period in accordance with Town of Cary approved plans, Standard Specifications, Details and Town Code of Ordinances.

• This (Bond/Letter of Credit) will be automatically extended for a period of one year from the expiration date unless the (Bond/Letter of Credit) has been released or called in accordance with this document by the Town of Cary. The original (Bond/Letter of Credit) will be returned upon acceptance by the Town of Cary.
