The proposed garage complies with all setback requirements associated with the existing parcel prior to the addition of this additional area. The additional acreage to be recombined with the single-family parcel will allow the driveway as configured to comply with all Town Standards. The removal of this property from open space dedication will have a negligible impact on the open space of the development. This development will have over 262 acres of opens space after this 4555 square foot parcel is removed from dedication. Pros: This request meets all Town of Cary requirements. Cons: None |
