REZONING REQUEST |
| Analysis: The Town
of Cary is currently discussing expansion of the Town Hall Campus. This
expansion involves additional property of which a portion of this tract is
included. The Planning Department was contacted to initiate rezoning
of this tract in order to comply with the Town Hall Campus plan.
This request is to change the existing zoning from Residential-8 to Office
& Institutional. The zoning change results in inconsistency with
the new Town Center Area Plan.
Recommendation: Staff recommends approval. |
