On December 14, 2000 the Town Council of the Town of Cary voted to not rezone the above-referenced property from Business-2 (B-2) zoning to Office & Institutional (O&I) zoning. As you know, the rezoning to O&I was initiated by the Town in an effort to bring the property into conformance with the Town’s Land Use Plan. The property remains zoned as B-2.
